FCR 2001 Duisburg has regarding the club's management on 1 July 2010 re-formed. Having resigned Guido Lutz, Rainer Zimmermann and Ronny Jasinski their posts for various reasons, asked the Board of the Association Dieter Easter with the formation of a new team of directors. The experienced leadership lion found after the talks and renewed consultation with the Supervisory Board that he would probably even take the reins as CEO in hand. The Supervisory Board confirmed him from 1 July 2010 in this position and asked him to appoint additional board members. Dieter Rainer Oster called the race for the finances. Michael Scharping for the Department of Youth Club / Amateur and Guido Lutz as a coordinator between the associations. These proposals were approved unanimously by the Board.
